So today was a day of firsts for me, first wedding since lockdown, first wedding of 2020, first time at the Mytton and Mermaid and the first time I have photographed a Steampunk wedding!

Kirsty and Karen married earlier in the day at the Wellington Registry Office, they wanted me to capture some more relaxed shots of their reception, so I was at the Mytton and Mermaid in Shrewsbury awaiting their arrival.

It was a wonderful intimate affair and was amazing to see how wedding venues have adjusted post lockdown. With the government restrictions I knew it would be slighly different, but it was absolutely wonderful.
