On the 6th September, 2018 I was honoured to photograph and capture the memories of Mr & Mrs Willsmer's wedding day.
British summer can be so unpredictable, after weeks of glorious sunshine, the forecast for Laura and Alec's day wasn't great, but what I can say is it certainly didn't dampen their spirits. Laura & Alec were such a pleasure to work with, we had such a wonderful day and the sun came out later in the day so we could get outside and enjoy the beautiful light.
The wedding took place at St Mary's Church in Duddleston, Shropshire. The Church was very important to Laura as it was where her late father was buried. Laura wanted to make him part of the day so we took time to place some flowers on his grave, a special moment in the day dedicated to her Dad.
The wedding reception was held at The Lion Quays Spa Resort, Oswestry and the couple served their guest afternoon tea. Lots of details and special touches making this day super special.
Enjoy the highlights of your day.
